I cannot recommend this place enough! They have lots of special items that you don’t see at your typical sushi restaurant. The best thing that we had was the seared salmon belly and to be honest it’s one of the best pieces of sashimi I’ve ever tried. We will definitely be coming back.

Love this place! It has a wonderful atmosphere and it's very fun to dine-in. Food is always great, and they have a very large and creative vegan-friendly sushi roll section. I always order the Brussels Sprouts appetizer and can be persuaded to share with others. The cowgirl sushi roll is one of the weirdest but also best rolls I've ever had, ever!

The service, tastes, and atmosphere were all top-notch at Blue Sushi Sake Grill. I truly appreciated the attention to my request for plantbased Whole Food approach to Sushi. I loved the gekkaikan sake, and miso soup in addition to the sushi rolls and cucumber salad we enjoyed.
